Hello everyone. Well, let's face it, it has been a new and strange year for most people on the planet and there are few that have not been impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic in some way. But I am here to move forward in the positive. Coronavirus numbers in Victoria have reduced substantially of late and home care and residential aged care businesses have definitely learnt a lot over the past few months. Lessons have been learnt in how to best to communicate with residents/clients and their families about what is going on in trying times, lessons have been learnt regarding how best to protect residents/clients through strict infection control and staffing protocols, but the biggest reveal has been something that we knew all along, that the most important thing that matters to people is human connection. It is this connection that has sustained us. Whether it be through digital platforms or if you are lucky, face to face, it is this connection that must continue going forward. People still require aged care services for many reasons, and this will continue, and my role is to ensure that you and/or your friend or family member access safe and appropriate aged care services in this new environment. So if you would like to have a conversation about services, please get in touch today.
